Hi,
I'm PG studnt, Saudi and studing in Scotand (Edinburgh).
My area is PM, but recently I decided to do my PhD in KM.

I've read many articles in this web site and found it useful.

Nowadays, I'm looking for a topic of the PhD research. Something that links KM with leadership, management structure (Hierarchy), and corporate culture.

I'd really appreciate it if you could tell me an idea that may help to form the topic.
